Delivery Restrictions
- Items shipped by a Carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal Service cannot be delivered to Funeral Homes, Hospitals, or Rural Routes.
- Due to many schools’ security regulations, delivery to schools cannot be guaranteed.
- Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship wine to/within certain states.
Peak Holiday Times
Felix Potin experiences an very high volume of orders during holiday periods, such as Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, July 4th, New Year’s eve, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day. While we ordinarily can guarantee delivery to be on time, the high volume of orders we handle during major holidays prevents us from guaranteeing delivery during those weeks. During these times, we may ask you during checkout to select alternate delivery dates in the event we cannot meet your originally requested date. Please keep this in mind when placing all your holiday orders.
